Register, track, and distribute incoming/outgoing documents; maintain databases, logs, and transmittals. Enter data and generate status reports using MS Office and project-specific systems. Scan and archive documents for electronic storage and maintain structured filing/retrieval. Maintain document distribution schedules to meet project timelines and client requirements. Support general administrative tasks (filing, typing, telephone support) as required. What Required Skills You'll Bring : Diploma (or equivalent), with at least 7+ years in document controls (or an equivalent combination of formal education and work experience). Strong hands-on experience with Unifier/Oracle program is Mandatory. English-speaking with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer and keyboard skills, including MS Windows and common office applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases). UAE experience What Desired Skills You'll Bring : Arabic speaker Engineering background/experience Experience working on large, site-based projects with high-volume document workflows. Good written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project team. Must possess the ability to comprehend and interpret construction specifications, as well as demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of construction-related processes pertinent to the designated area of assignment.
