- Translate distributor and brand-rep feedback into clean product requirements
What we're looking for
- Atleast 4 years of product management at a consumer internet or marketplace startup
- Has worked on B2B tooling, seller/partner dashboards, or ops-facing products
- Understands marketplace dynamics — supply quality directly affects buyer experience, and you get that connection
- Strong on execution — scope tight, ship fast, measure, iterate
- Comfortable talking to sellers and distributors directly — not just looking at data from a distance
- Clear writer — can turn a messy seller complaint into a clean product requirement
- AI-native — uses AI tools to move faster, prototype, and analyse
- High agency, low hierarchy preference
