Why Join Broadview? $20/hour starting pay Full-time position with benefits Remote work opportunity with hands-on training in Albany, NY for first 3 weeks (hotel provided by Broadview) Career growth opportunities across the organization Supportive team environment and ongoing training Opportunity to work for one of New York's largest credit unions serving over 500,000 members What You'll Do Assist members by phone with account, loan, debit card, and online banking inquiries Resolve issues with a focus on first-call resolution and member satisfaction Process transactions and account maintenance requests accurately Educate members on products and services that support their financial goals Deliver exceptional service while building strong member relationships What We're Looking For Customer service experience and a passion for helping others Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfort learning new systems and technology Banking, financial services, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or contact center experience is a plus Schedule Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Most of our opportunities are full-time, although part-time positions may be available. Full-time positions are based on a 40-hour work week: Shifts are typically eight hours in length and include a 30-minute unpaid meal period. Employees are scheduled to work every other Saturday. When scheduled to work a Saturday shift, employees receive a day off during the same work week. We offer schedules across our operating hours and encourage candidates to discuss their availability during the interview process.
