Brand Operations Intern (Regional)

What you’ll be doing:
As a Brand Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure across key functions within the brand, including Retail, Sales, Education and Marketing. You will support day-to-day operations and cross-functional initiatives, helping ensure smooth execution and operational excellence across markets.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn how a beauty brand operates across different functions and markets.
Retail & Sales Operations
- Support day-to-day retail and sales operations to ensure smooth and timely execution across markets.
- Assist with coordination of retail activities, product launches, campaigns and operational requirements.
- Support sales teams with reporting, data updates, administrative tasks and follow-ups.
- Assist in tracking and coordinating operational deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support preparation of sales materials, reports and presentations as required.
Education Operations
- Support the Education team in ensuring training support is delivered effectively across all markets.
- Assist with the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops and education activities.
- Support training calendar management, participant coordination and training materials.
- Assist in preparing and organising education tools, product samples and training materials.
- Support tracking of training activities and completion across markets.
- Coordinate with local markets and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of education initiatives.
Marketing & Brand Operations
- Provide operational support to the Marketing team on campaign and brand activities.
- Assist with coordination of marketing materials, product samples, assets and other operational requirements.
- Support campaign preparation and execution across markets.
- Assist in maintaining trackers, timelines and other operational documents.
- Work closely with different functions to ensure brand initiatives are executed accurately and on time.
Office & General Operations
- Support day-to-day office and brand operations to ensure a smooth working environment.
- Assist with administrative coordination, documentation, inventory and other operational tasks.
- Support ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
Who you are:
- Able to commit for full time internship from Oct 2026 to June 2027
- A great team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Organised, efficient, and not afraid of multitasking
- Comfortable with creative tools and interested in visual content and digital assets
- Passionate about marketing and eager to learn

Requirements
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Curious, proactive, responsible and willing to take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing environment and business needs
- Team player
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders.
- Strong interest in the beauty, retail, luxury or FMCG industry.
- Positive, collaborative and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Prior experience in retail, marketing, events or administration is a plus, but not essential.
