YOUR MISSION _________
Work with Travel Retail APAC Regional Digital Marketing team to drive growth within e-Travel Retail (e-retail, e-trade and social media).
Support the development and execution of Dior Travel Retail’s WeChat Mini Program
- Support the upload and update of content and campaign assets within the WeChat Mini Program
- Conduct research on WeChat Mini Program best practices, trends and competitor activities relevant to the Travel Retail environment
- Support user testing and implementation of new features and digital projects within the WeChat Mini Program
Facilitate the execution and optimization of Dior’s digital presence across e-retailers
- Manage and maintain product assortment, product information and pack shots across all e-retailers, ensuring all information and assets are accurate and up to date
- Adapt digital assets using Adobe Photoshop to formats as required
- Monitor Dior’s and competitors’ presence across e-retailer sites, and report on key digital trends and best practices
Digital Operation Support
- Manage purchase orders, invoices and administrative duties
- Organize and maintain digital files, campaign materials and supporting documentation
WHO YOU ARE _________
- Able to commit at least 6 months full time internship from Dec 2026/Jan 2027 to Jun 2027
- University student or fresh graduate who wishes to gain in-depth knowledge in digital marketing, with exposure to a leading luxury beauty brand – the House of Dior
- Competent in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to independently execute basic creative adaptations and digital assets
- Excellent fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred, as the role involves regular communication with regional stakeholders and handling documents in Chinese, including reviewing, copywriting and translating
- Previous experience or exposure in E-commerce, project management, WeChat ecosystem or digital paid media is an advantage
- Good understanding of best practices across social platforms, including WeChat, Little Red Book, Instagram, Facebook and more
- You have a creative mindset with strong luxury and business acumen
- You are highly motivated and a fast learner, with strong attention to detail
- You enjoy teamwork and have a positive attitude, with good project management and communication skills
- You are digitally savvy, organized, open-minded, agile and energetic, and eager to work in a multicultural environment
