Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities We are seeking an Intern to support our Golf Event Operations team, working on Golf events in South Korea. Work closely with respective Event Director, Event Manager, and operations team to successfully carry out the event assigned; Assist in sourcing, negotiating and managing event suppliers within a given budget; Assist in tournament operation from F&B, hotel accomodation and technical & competition staging functions during the event; Manage event ticketing systems and logistics Assist in the production of all event collateral – posters, presentations, tickets, program book, etc. – especially in proofing and reviewing with attention to details; Assist in creation of all event-related documentations and reports, from proposals to post event reports; Create agendas and minutes for various meetings General administrative duties and other duties as assigned Skills and Abilities Must be a team player Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring quality and consistent output Proficiency in written and spoken English Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude and work independently with little guidance in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office Ability to multitask, meet deadline and remain calm under pressure Working Conditions This role is based at IMG Korea office, Seoul.
