Job Summary
The Freelance Junior Graphic Designer will support ITP Sport’s creative production across Spartan, DEKA, Tough Mudder and other events. The role creates engaging digital and print artwork and supports campaigns, advertising, event signage, sponsor branding and other creative deliverables. This is a freelance role based in Beirut, with remuneration aligned with the existing arrangement, as advised.
Key Responsibilities
• Create digital and print artwork for Spartan, DEKA, Tough Mudder and other ITP Sport events.
• Design creative assets for social media campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Prepare EDM artwork and other email marketing creative.
• Develop advertising materials to support event promotion and marketing campaigns.
• Design event signage and other on-site creative materials.
• Support sponsor branding and ensure sponsor assets are incorporated accurately.
• Adapt artwork across formats, sizes and channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support creative production, revisions and delivery of final artwork in required formats.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to understand briefs and deadlines.
• Manage multiple creative requests and deliver assets in line with agreed timelines.
Skills & Experience
• Experience in graphic design, ideally in a junior, freelance or creative production role.
• Proficiency in relevant design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• A portfolio demonstrating digital and print design work.
• Understanding of social media creative, advertising and print production requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, layout, typography and visual communication.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Good organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Interest in sports, events or experiential marketing is an advantage.
