About the role

As Head of SDR, you'll build our outbound motion from the ground up. You'll reach enterprise contact center leaders, start the right conversations, and book meetings for a team that connects voice agents to the phone systems they already run.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound from scratch

• Prospect into enterprise contact centers

• Book qualified meetings for the founders

• Share what you hear from prospects with the product team

Requirements

• 3+ years in outbound sales or SDR roles

• A record of booking meetings with senior buyers

• Clear writing and confidence on cold calls

• Comfort building process in a small team

Nice to have

• Experience selling to contact centers, telecom, or CX buyers

• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot
