- 5-7 years' experience in finance technology, data, analytics, or process optimisation.
- Experience in financial modelling, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of financial data, reporting, controls, and data governance.
- Experience with databases, analytics tools, and enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to AI-driven automation, including AI agents, workflow automation, and LLM integration.
- Experience designing automation workflows and system integrations.
- Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and Python advantageous.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology and automation solutions.
