Support the employee journey
- Manage the administration of key moments throughout the employee journey, from someone accepting their offer to their last day with us.
- Make sure our new peeps have a great joining experience, alongside preparing contracts and starter paperwork, completing right to work and reference checks, arranging system and equipment set-up, and coordinating inductions.
- Keep in touch with new starters and managers before and after their start date, helping everyone feel prepared and settled.
- Track probation periods and support managers with the paperwork and conversations that come with them.
- Prepare changes to employment, letters, and other people-related documents.

Grow your advisory and employee relations experience
- Support managers with everyday people matters, including absence, performance, and probation, helping them understand the next steps and where to find guidance.

- Take ownership of more straightforward queries and cases as your experience grows, with support and guidance.
- Spot concerns or patterns early and raise them, helping us take a fair, consistent, and thoughtful approach.
- Keep up to date with employment legislation and changes to our policies, building your confidence in applying them to day-to-day situations.
Keep our people data and processes in good shape

- Keep training records up to date and support with reporting on participation.
- You’ll take the lead on engagement activities, communications and events that help our Home Base team feel connected.
