Planning and optimizing transportation routes to minimize costs and delivery times while ensuring compliance with regulations. Selecting the appropriate carriers or freight forwarders based on cost, efficiency, and reliability, and negotiating contracts and rates. Monitoring transportation and logistics expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency. Analyzing logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
