Immiland Canada is currently seeking talented Chefs to join a renowned restaurant and be stationed at various restaurants across Canada mostly Quebec.
As a Chef, you will be responsible for plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities, as well as creating meals and specialty dishes.

Responsibilities
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
- Consult with clients regarding events, banquets and specialty functions
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- Estimate food requirements and may estimate food and labour costs
- Supervise activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs and cooks
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
- Recruit and hire staff
- May prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.
- May create and review new recipes
Requirements
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Gastronomic school graduate (hold a valid college certificate or diploma)
- At least 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial food preparation.
- Experience in management training and supervision activities
- Food Handling Certificate is an asset
