Responsibilities Lead and manage a high-performing team of technology professionals to deliver robust core banking and wealth platform solutions. Oversee the end-to-end system development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring platform stability, scalability, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive the modernization of consumer banking platforms through the adoption of cloud, microservices, and modern APIs. Manage project delivery timelines, resource allocation, budget, and risk mitigation strategies. Establish and enforce best practices in software engineering, code quality, and system architecture. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Proven experience in managing and delivering core banking or wealth management platform solutions within the financial services industry. Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding, mentoring, and developing technical teams. Strong technical expertise in modern banking architectures, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
