Responsibilities Coach and mentor Relationship Managers to enhance wealth management advisory skills, customer engagement, and sales productivity. Conduct joint client meetings to provide on-the-job coaching, observe sales techniques, and ensure high-quality advisory standards. Design and deliver sales training programs, role-plays, and workshops aligned with Treasures' business goals and wealth strategies. Analyze sales performance data and key performance indicators to identify skill gaps and implement targeted coaching interventions. Ensure all sales activities, coaching practices, and advisory processes align with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards. Collaborate with product and segment teams to translate product strategies into actionable sales pitches and coaching tools. Requirements Proven experience in wealth management, financial planning, or sales coaching within the consumer banking sector. Deep understanding of wealth management products, including investments, insurance, and treasury solutions. Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and motivate sales professionals to achieve performance targets. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to facilitate training and build rapport with stakeholders. Relevant professional certifications in financial planning or wealth management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics to drive coaching strategies. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
