Programming and Setup: Independently program using specialized CNC software for seal production and set up machines, ensuring accuracy and precision. Process Management: Oversee the entire production process from programming to the final workpiece, focusing on express and prototype production. Production: Handle single and series production, primarily small series and special seals. Documentation: Create and maintain process and quality documentation to ensure compliance and professionalism. Process Improvement: Support process engineers in developing production processes and propose continuous improvements. Qualifications: Requirements: Educational Background: Completed vocational training, such as cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification. Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in the machining of thermoplastics and elastomers. Language Proficiency: Proficient knowledge of the German language, both spoken and written. Skills for Success in This Role: Commitment: High commitment and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
