Reporting to the Director of Finance, this individual will manage a team of approximately three individuals and oversee the full transaction lifecycle, including deal sourcing support, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, transaction execution, and handoff to integration teams. This role requires a highly analytical, commercially minded leader who can evaluate acquisition opportunities at scale while developing a high-performing M&A team. The ideal candidate combines strong corporate finance expertise with deep knowledge of the RIA industry, advisor economics, succession planning transactions, and wealth management business models.
