We’re looking for an enthusiastic student to join our R&D team from June/July 2027 for a one-year placement. You’ll gain hands-on experience across product and packaging development, supporting projects from early ideas and trials through to product launch. YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY… Supporting new product and packaging development projects. Getting involved in product, pilot and factory trials. Helping develop new cheese concepts and packaging solutions. Supporting product testing, analysis and development documentation. Working with teams across Production, Technical, Marketing, Procurement and Commercial. YOU’RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU… Are studying towards a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related subject. Are looking for a 12-month industry placement starting in June/July 2027. Have a curiosity about food and especially the cheese category. Are keen to learn about product and packaging development. Are creative, organised and a good communicator. Enjoy working as part of a team. Hold a valid driving licence. This is a great opportunity to gain real, hands-on experience in food R&D, build your industry knowledge and contribute to projects that could ultimately make their way to market.
