Responsible for conducting market and product analyses to provide accurate and timely insights that support strategic business decisions. Coordinates initiatives related to new product development, product launches, and compliance with applicable product regulations across Latin America.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consolidate, maintain, and analyze the product master database for Latin America by region and channels.
- Support and participate in new product development initiatives, providing market and product insights.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret market trends, customer needs, and competitive information, providing recommendations for business opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities related to new product introductions to ensure successful market launches.
- Manage product-related databases and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate actions required to ensure compliance with applicable product regulations, industry standards, and labeling requirements.
- Monitor product information and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support regulatory and product compliance initiatives.
- Participate in business projects and initiatives focused on positioning products in the market.
- Consolidate and analyze departmental metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge and skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- English proficiency with the ability to effectively communicate in a business environment.
