Hey there!Welcome, my name is Larissa, I am the Head of Concepts at Rostudios! I am here to explain to you what the instructing role looks like with Robuild, which hopefully encourages you to take on the challenge and apply to audition.
At Rostudios, we believe movement has the power to transform lives. Alongside Rocycle and Roform, we're now adding a third concept to our world - Robuild - and we're looking to connect with instructors who are excited to bring strength training to our community.
Robuild offers a music driven group strength class. Over the course of a 45-minute workout, every member works with their own bench and dumbbells, and the whole room moves through each exercise together, in sync with the beat. Each day has its own focus, building real strength week after week. As a Robuild instructor, you are creating that space for people.

Since 2015, Rostudios has brought joyful, inclusive fitness to cities across Europe and US through Rocycle and Roform. Robuild is the newest member of the World of Rocycle & Roform.
The Role
We're looking for instructors who love strength training, music and people in equal measure. As a Robuild Instructor, you lead the room from the podium, then step onto the floor to coach form, adjust technique and lift the energy, so every member leaves feeling stronger than when they walked in.
It is a requirement to complete the Robuild Training Programme before teaching. Any additional related learning or coaching experience is a benefit, but not a requirement.
ROBUILD TRAINING PROGRAMME
Training has two parts:
- Online modules: Covering Movement Fundamentals, Anatomy, Coaching skills, and understanding the fundamentals of coaching a Robuild class. Depending on experience this will be 20 - 40 hours of self study to be completed before in person training begins.
- In-person training: 3 - 4 weeks in small groups, with individual feedback along the way. Experienced instructors may move through faster; newer coaches may need a little longer. Sessions run on weekdays with exact hours confirmed around the time of the audition.
What you'll do:
- Lead high energy, music driven strength classes that keep the whole room moving together
- Coach the Robuild frameworks. We have a framework per day of the week and this changes each month.
- Playlist your classes in line with the Robuild vibe.
- Coach safe, confident lifting, with clear cues, smart progressions and options for every level
- Build real connections with members and the team, before, during and after class
- Bring professionalism and reliability to every shift
- Uphold our standards of hospitality and inclusiveness, so everyone feels welcome
Your qualifications
Successful completion of the Robuild Training Programme
You have knowledge of anatomy, physiology and strength training or a desire to learn these
Flexible schedule, with availability to work standard business hours, as well as early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays (as an instructor, not just during training).
Teach a minimum of 6-9 classes per week. We generally schedule in two - four class blocks, three to four times a week on a fixed schedule
No vacation planned longer than 1 week during training and following 3 months from training completion
Availability submitted at time of hire must be adhered to for at least four months
Must be a resident of the city in which you are applying from the date of audition
