What you'll do

• Respond to support tickets and help developers integrate with the SnapTrade API
• Investigate issues and gather the relevant data before escalating to engineering
• Follow up on open tickets through to resolution
• Identify recurring issues and propose fixes or process improvements
• Take on small coding tasks as you grow in the role

What we are looking for

• Experience in a customer-facing or support role, whether full-time or as part of another position
• Basic programming skills and a working understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, and web applications
• Familiarity with financial markets and core concepts such as stocks and trading
• Curiosity, and the confidence to ask questions or escalate when needed
• The ability to learn quickly and retain what you learn
• Strong attention to detail when investigating issues and collecting information
• Ownership of your work, including following up until each task is complete

Considered an asset

• Experience at a startup or technology company, or working alongside a development team
• Personal investing experience
• Clear, tactful communication with both technical and non-technical teams
• A habit of improving processes, and good judgment about when to dig deeper and when to move on
• Openness to learning skills outside your immediate role or career path
