O profissional atuará como ponto focal entre as áreas de RH e Suprimentos, interagindo diretamente com a liderança (Diretoria de Compras e RH) para otimizar custos, implementar melhorias contínuas e assegurar a excelência no nível de serviço entregue aos colaboradores. Negociação e Strategic Sourcing: Conduzir negociações complexas com fornecedores de serviços de RH e benefícios corporativos (ex.: fretado, restaurante, berçário/auxílio-creche, gestão de frota, treinamentos, entre outros), visando parcerias de longo prazo, savings e inovação. Gestão Contratual e Catálogos: Estruturar, revisar e formalizar contratos de prestação de serviços, além de criar e manter catálogos de compras atualizados nos sistemas corporativos. Planejamento Orçamentário: Participar ativamente da construção do budget anual da categoria, alinhando projeções a índices de mercado (como IPCA, IGP-M e dissídios setoriais) e às metas estratégicas das áreas clientes. Processos e Ferramentas: Liderar processos de RFI, RFP e RFQ ponta a ponta, garantindo conformidade com as políticas internas e a correta execução das etapas nos sistemas SAP e Coupa. Gestão de Fornecedores e SLAs: Monitorar indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs) e acordos de nível de serviço (SLAs), aplicando planos de ação corretivos e promovendo revisões periódicas de negócio. Parceria com Clientes Internos: Atuar como consultor(a) interno(a) para o time de RH e demais stakeholders, alinhando necessidades de negócio às melhores práticas de suprimentos e identificando oportunidades de otimização de processos.
