This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office working the NIGHT SHIFT. Hours are 6:30pm-3:30am IST. Remote applicants will not be considered. Why Join Us? Analyze denial trends and identify process improvement opportunities. Handle payer calls for escalated denials and disputes. Develop strategies to reduce aging and denial rates. Collaborate with internal teams to address denial root causes. Mentor and support Level 1 associates on AR/Denial workflows. Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims. Maintain accurate documentation of denial activities and outcomes. Requirements Associate degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in Denial Management or Revenue Cycle Management. Proficiency in medical billing and denial management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills with payers. Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership. Qualifacts is an equal opportunity employer.
