Job Summary Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of clinical practice, providing leadership to the clinic team, and enhancing patient care delivery. Essential Functions -Supervise and mentor clinic support staff, including administrative and clinical assistants. -Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. -Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient appointments and manage patient flow. -Implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. -Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing education for existing staff. -Manage patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and compliance with standards. Qualifications Education Required: Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration Experience in lieu of degree: No. Candidates must meet the minimum education requirement.
