✅ What We're Looking For
- Experience as an automotive service advisor or in automotive service sales
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills
- Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repairs
- Ability to clearly explain recommendations, build trust, and confidently close sales
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple repair orders
- Proactive customer communication and consistent follow-through
- Experience with repair estimates, digital inspections, and shop management software
- Extended warranty experience is a plus
- Positive attitude, accountability, and a team-first mentality
