🔧 What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop technicians, helping them improve their diagnostic abilities, productivity, and workmanship
- Provide hands-on technical guidance for difficult diagnostics and complex repairs
- Oversee daily shop workflow, technician assignments, priorities, and repair progress
- Work closely with service advisors to keep vehicles moving and customers informed
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, efficiency, and accountability
- Identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and help build a stronger, more capable team
- Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement

✅ What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- 3+ years in a lead technician, foreman, or supervisory role preferred
- Expert-level diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage workflow, improve productivity, and maintain quality
- European vehicle experience a plus, not required
- Comfortable using shop management software and new technology
- ASE Master Technician certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
