Translate business requirements into functional and technical architecture solutions. Design and oversee integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP HCM, payroll platforms, and third-party applications. Provide architectural guidance across SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Management. Define solution architecture blueprints, integration strategies, technical standards, and implementation roadmaps. Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business process owners, enterprise architects, functional consultants, and technical teams. Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, data privacy, and governance standards. Lead architecture reviews, solution assessments, technical discussions, and proof-of-concept activities. Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and maximize the capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and implementation partners. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, solution design, and architecture. Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, capabilities, data models, and configuration. Experience with SAP HCM and integration with SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise systems. Knowledge of integration technologies such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), APIs, and OData. Understanding of cloud architecture, enterprise integration, identity management, and security principles. Proven experience leading solution design workshops and engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules. Experience leading large-scale or global HR transformation initiatives. Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Identity Authentication Service (IAS), and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS). Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth, and role-based access controls. Exposure to hybrid SAP environments and third-party payroll integrations. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks.
