Als Produktexpert:in (m/w/d) für Makrolon gestaltest Du aktiv die Zukunft unseres Polycarbonat-Portfolios in der Region EMEA mit, insbesondere im Bereich von optischen Anwendungen, General Lighting sowie Sensorik und Robotik. Deine Aufgaben: Du leitest und realisierst Produktentwicklungsprojekte und verantwortest die erfolgreiche technische Markteinführung neuer Produkte im EE-Markt in EMEA, einschließlich nachhaltiger Produktlösungen Du trägst zur Analyse, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von kurz- und langfristigen Geschäfts-, Markt- und Produktstrategien bei, um unser Polycarbonat-Portfolio in EMEA weiterzuentwickeln Du übernimmst selbständig die technische Betreuung von Produkten im EE-Markt, bewertest Polycarbonat-produktbezogene Projekte und stellst einen kompetenten technischen Service für unsere Kunden sicher Du pflegst und intensivierst direkte Kundenkontakte im EE-Markt und übersetzt Kundenanforderungen in Produkteigenschaften Du identifizierst selbständig neue Wachstumschancen im EE-Markt und nutzt verfügbare Technologieressourcen, um gemeinsam mit Kunden innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln Dein Profil: Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Master, Promotion), idealerweise als Chemieingenieur:in, Chemiker:in oder Physiker:in Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse zu Polycarbonat, dessen Herstellung, Anwendungen und Weiterverarbeitung Du verfügst über die nötigen Fachkenntnisse in optischen Eigenschaften von Kunststoffen und den physikalischen Prinzipien der Optik Du kennst die technischen Marktanforderungen in EE, Beleuchtung und Sensorik und besitzt ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Nachhaltigkeitskriterien und regulatorischen Anforderungen Du bist erfahren und erfolgreich in der Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen, auch auf Grund deiner guten und überzeugenden Kommunikation Du kannst komplexe technische Probleme eigenständig lösen und hast auch Erfahrung in der Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten Die Verwendung von gängigen Office Anwendungen und KI-Tools ist für dich selbstverständlich Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bringst Eigeninitiative mit und beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift Diese Position ist grundsätzlich in Vollzeit zu besetzen.
