Funciones Principales Registro Contable Registrar operaciones contables en los sistemas autorizados por los clientes y/o la Firma. Elaborar partidas de diario y conciliaciones contables. Mantener actualizados los auxiliares contables y documentación de respaldo. Clasificar y archivar documentación financiera y contable. Conciliaciones y Control Realizar conciliaciones bancarias periódicas. Dar seguimiento a partidas pendientes y diferencias identificadas. Apoyar en la revisión y depuración de cuentas contables. Preparar análisis de cuentas cuando sea requerido. Cumplimiento y Reportes Apoyar en la preparación de estados financieros y reportes gerenciales. Colaborar en la elaboración de información para declaraciones fiscales y obligaciones regulatorias. Preparar reportes periódicos para clientes internos y externos. Verificar que la documentación soporte cumpla con los requisitos establecidos. Atención a Clientes Mantener comunicación constante con clientes asignados para la recepción y seguimiento de documentación. Dar seguimiento oportuno a requerimientos de información. Participar en reuniones operativas relacionadas con las cuentas bajo su responsabilidad. Mejora Continua Cumplir con las metodologías, políticas y estándares de calidad de PwC. Identificar oportunidades de mejora y eficiencia en los procesos contables. Mantener actualizados los procedimientos y controles asignados. Indispensable Estudiante universitario de Contaduría Pública (mínimo tercer año aprobado) o egresado de la carrera. Conocimientos fundamentales de contabilidad financiera. Deseable Cursos complementarios en tributación, NIIF o legislación mercantil. Conocimientos básicos de nómina y cumplimiento fiscal.
