En este puesto, apoyarás a nuestra Unidad Local de Servicios impulsando una sólida cultura de seguridad, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de Hitachi Energy y promoviendo la mejora continua en nuestras operaciones. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con managers, técnicos y funciones globales de HSE para fortalecer el aprendizaje, prevenir incidentes y mejorar el desempeño general en HSE. Cómo contribuirás: Promover una cultura HSE proactiva orientando a empleados y managers en las decisiones diarias relacionadas con HSE. Liderar y apoyar la notificación e investigación de incidentes, así como el seguimiento de las lecciones aprendidas. Realizar auditorías internas de HSE y garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de Hitachi Energy y de los requisitos legales locales. Analizar el desempeño en HSE utilizando herramientas digitales (PowerBI, Intelex) para identificar tendencias y oportunidades de mejora. Facilitar evaluaciones de riesgos, actividades de formación y garantizar que las herramientas y equipos de HSE adecuados estén disponibles y se utilicen correctamente. Impulsar la implementación de programas e iniciativas de HSE y el progreso hacia los principales objetivos e indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) de HSE. Tu perfil: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en HSE dentro de entornos industriales, de servicios o técnicos. Profesional certificado en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, con Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y acreditación en las tres especialidades obligatorias: o Seguridad en el Trabajo o Higiene Industrial o Ergonomía y Psicosociología Aplicada La titulación debe estar oficialmente reconocida y ser válida para el desempeño de funciones de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales en España. Experiencia en proyectos de construcción o proyectos de construcción eléctrica. Sólido conocimiento en gestión de incidentes, evaluaciones de riesgos y cumplimiento normativo. Capacidad para asesorar, formar y apoyar a managers y empleados en temas de HSE. Confianza trabajando con datos, cuadros de mando y sistemas digitales de HSE (PowerBI, Intelex o similares). Perfil estructurado, proactivo y cómodo trabajando en un entorno dinámico con prioridades cambiantes. Dominio fluido de inglés y español obligatorio.
