Title: Customer Support Agent - Dutch Language Location: Belgrade, Serbia This position requires basic level of technical support for software and hardware products. This level of support is designed to handle dynamic, high-volume support which generally requires some technical knowledge. The ability to learn and support an enterprise-level, mission-critical, full-featured suite of products is essential. Key Areas of Responsibility Handle inquiries regarding customers' work accounts via phone. Process password reset requests promptly and accurately. Diagnose and solve account related issues that originate from our customers. Assist users with account access issues, including troubleshooting login problems. Verify user identity according to security protocols before proceeding with password resets. Maintain logs of password resets and access request. To resolve problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics and using pro-active communication with our customer. Manage operations during scheduled shifts using on-hand tools and observations. Perform other corresponding duties and tasks in accordance with his qualifications, as directed by Employer. Languages Dutch & English – Proficient (written and spoken) Education and/or Requirements Required Candidates should possess a minimum High School degree or equivalent. Candidates are expected to have excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Candidates are expected to have basic computer knowledge. Candidates should have firm organizational skills.
