Title: AI & Hyperautomation Engineer III Grade: P3 Location: Belgrade, Serbia Key Responsibilities: Providing strategic direction for automation, conversational AI, and agentic AI solutions leveraging cloud platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced AI technologies. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to design, build, and scale enterprise AI Voice and Chat Agents aligned with business goals. Evaluate, optimize, and enhance existing AI, automation, and hyperautomation solutions while mentoring junior developers and AI engineers. Develop and maintain comprehensive solution documentation for technical and business stakeholders. Design, document, and implement automated processes and AI-driven workflows using Google CX Studio, Google ADK, UiPath, Power Automate, Azure, Python, and other automation technologies. Design and implement conversational AI solutions, including intent handling, conversation flows, context management, routing strategies, and escalation paths. Build and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge repositories, vector databases, embeddings, and search technologies. Design and optimize prompts, instructions, guardrails, and agent behaviors to improve customer experience, accuracy, and containment. Implement and maintain GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines supporting automated testing, deployment, and release management. Conduct testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational support of AI and automation solutions to ensure reliability and performance. Troubleshoot issues, debug solutions, and optimize workflows, integrations, retrieval quality, and conversational experiences. Design, develop, and maintain automated evaluation frameworks for AI Voice and Chat Agents. Create evaluation datasets, regression suites, synthetic test scenarios, and quality benchmarks. Integrate automated evaluations into CI/CD pipelines to validate changes before production deployment. Analyze evaluation and conversation results to identify regressions, hallucinations, retrieval gaps, compliance risks, and customer experience opportunities. Research and implement emerging AI, conversational AI, agent orchestration, hyperautomation, and evaluation technologies. Preferred Skills: Extensive proficiency in Google CX Studio, Google ADK, UiPath, Power Automate Cloud/Desktop, and modern automation platforms. Experience with Dialogflow is considered a strong advantage. Strong knowledge of GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and modern DevOps practices. Advanced Python development skills. Strong experience with Prompt Engineering, Conversational AI, and LLM optimization. Experience implementing RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise search solutions. Experience building AI Voice Agents, Chat Agents, Agentic AI solutions, and multi-agent architectures. Experience creating automated evaluation frameworks, regression testing suites, and AI quality scorecards. Strong understanding of AI safety, guardrails, prompt injection prevention, hallucination detection, and responsible AI practices. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, AI Services, and Azure DevOps. Exceptional leadership, communication, architecture, and problem-solving skills. Required Skills: Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, automation, conversational AI, AI engineering, or hyperautomation roles. Strong Python development experience. Experience working with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Conversational AI, and RAG concepts. Strong communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
