Director, Sales and Growth.

FULL TIMEREMOTELEADERSHIPSALES & MARKETING$105K–120K/MO

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Sales and Growth based in the United States.

This is an opportunity for an experienced healthcare sales leader to drive market expansion and patient acquisition within a mission-driven primary care organization. You will lead sales strategy and performance across an assigned market, building partnerships with community organizations and businesses that serve Medicare-eligible seniors. A central part of the role involves coaching and developing a high-performing sales team while strengthening relationships with local stakeholders and healthcare partners. You will use data, forecasting, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial effectiveness. You will also shape sales processes, manage field resources, and ensure that outreach efforts translate into sustainable patient registration growth. This is a full-time leadership position with a home-based working arrangement for candidates in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area.

Accountabilities

    • Lead, coach, and develop sales professionals and sales-support staff, setting clear performance expectations and growth plans to increase patient registrations.

    • Drive sales performance and market expansion by building direct-to-senior and business-to-business partnerships, particularly with organizations and community groups serving Medicare-eligible populations.

    • Strengthen the organization's market presence by communicating its healthcare value proposition and developing relationships with local communities and strategic partners.

    • Create and deliver sales education and training programs, including regular team meetings covering account development, new services, presentations, competitive positioning, expenses, and financial considerations.

    • Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts, monitor performance against targets, and evaluate team productivity on a quarterly basis.

    • Coordinate internal resources to support consistent sales execution and assess the short- and long-term impact of sales strategies.

    • Establish and oversee community-event budgets, monitor spending, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.

    • Implement and manage field sales tools and processes for activity monitoring, pipeline tracking, account assignments, territory planning, productivity, and customer communications.

    • Recruit, hire, motivate, develop, and retain high-performing sales team members.

    • Address performance concerns and personnel matters promptly while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    • Requirements:

      • At least 5 years of healthcare sales experience, supported by strong hands-on sales capabilities.

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with sales representatives, clients, community partners, and internal stakeholders.

      • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams while driving accountability and achieving business targets.

      • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including experience with sales performance monitoring, forecasting, and KPI reporting.

      • Proficiency in Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite.

      • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

      • Ability and willingness to travel within the Minneapolis–St. Paul (Twin Cities) market at least 20% of the time.

      • Preferred: Experience working within a large, established healthcare organization or a direct marketing organization.

      • Preferred: Spanish-English bilingual proficiency.

      • A collaborative, proactive leadership style, with sound judgment and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a healthcare environment.

      • Benefits:

        • Annual base salary of $105,000–$120,000.

        • Additional performance incentive of 35%, tied to key performance indicators (KPIs).

        • Full-time, home-based working arrangement for candidates located in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area.

        • Opportunity to lead market growth and contribute to expanding access to specialized primary care for women aged 65 and older.

        • Close collaboration with local clinic leaders and teams.

        • Travel requirement: At least 20% within the Twin Cities market.

        • Specific working hours are to be confirmed.
