This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SaaS professional who combines commercial expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills within a fast-growing technology environment serving the cannabis industry.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive revenue expansion by identifying, developing, and closing complex upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the full portfolio of software solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, senior stakeholders, and key decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, including stakeholder engagement, business needs assessments, solution presentations, and value proposition development.
  • Understand clients' operational challenges and align enterprise software capabilities with their strategic objectives and business requirements.
  • Drive software adoption and utilization across enterprise accounts, supporting successful implementations and maximizing customer return on investment.

  • Lead enterprise contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage multi-year enterprise contracts and maintain strong oversight of account performance, commercial commitments, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor industry developments, competitive activity, emerging technologies, and market trends to identify new opportunities and anticipate potential risks.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account performance updates, providing timely insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Continuously evaluate account health, customer satisfaction, and expansion potential to support sustainable revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or a related customer-facing role within the software industry, preferably in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and generating significant growth within large enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles, navigating multi-stakeholder environments, and closing high-value commercial opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, including technical integrations, implementation processes, and deployment strategies.
  • Extensive experience building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives, senior business leaders, and key enterprise decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior audiences and communicate business value effectively.
  • Strategic and consultative mindset, with the ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into tailored technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, resolve challenges, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise contract negotiation and management, including experience handling multi-year agreements and renewals.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or comparable tools, as well as sales enablement and pipeline management solutions.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level security, compliance standards, and technical requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple strategic accounts, commercial priorities, and long-term growth initiatives simultaneously.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach, with strong business acumen and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment.
