Growth Marketing (Sr Manager - Sr Director).

FULL TIMEREMOTELEADERSHIPSALES & MARKETING$150K–225K/YR

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing (Senior Manager – Senior Director) based in the United States.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Growth Marketing leader to build and scale a measurable, multi-channel growth engine within a fast-growing digital financial services environment. In this strategic role, you will take ownership of the entire customer acquisition funnel, from initial engagement and lead generation to conversion, revenue growth, and long-term client retention. You will also lead initiatives to attract experienced financial advisors and develop scalable recruitment pipelines. Working directly with the CEO and collaborating closely with Content, Product, and Revenue Operations teams, you will have significant autonomy and accountability for business results. You will identify new acquisition opportunities, optimize marketing investments, and establish robust measurement frameworks to drive sustainable growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded growth operator to shape the next stage of a technology-driven financial services business.

Accountabilities

    • Own the Full-Funnel Growth Strategy: Develop and execute the overall growth marketing strategy, overseeing the entire customer journey from initial awareness and acquisition to signup, advisor introductions, funded client relationships, and long-term retention.

    • Drive Customer Acquisition and Revenue Growth: Establish and manage measurable growth targets, including qualified pipeline, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), payback periods, and revenue generation. Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and maximize customer lifetime value.

    • Build and Expand Acquisition Channels: Develop and scale new customer acquisition channels beyond organic content, including paid marketing, customer referral programs, and strategic partnerships with relevant industry professionals and centers of influence.

    • Develop Lifecycle Marketing Initiatives: Design and implement lifecycle marketing strategies that convert prospects and signups into active clients while strengthening engagement, retention, and relationships with existing customers.

    • Lead Advisor Acquisition Growth: Build and optimize the marketing engine responsible for attracting experienced financial advisors to the platform. Develop qualified recruitment pipelines and collaborate with recruiting teams to support advisor acquisition and business expansion.

    • Establish Measurement and Attribution Frameworks: Own growth analytics, performance tracking, and attribution strategies in partnership with Revenue Operations. Ensure channel performance and marketing contributions to revenue are measurable, transparent, and reliable.

    • Optimize Growth Performance: Continuously analyze campaign results, identify conversion bottlenecks, test new approaches, and make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.

    • Leverage Technology, AI, and Automation: Identify opportunities to use data tools, AI-powered solutions, and automation to streamline marketing operations, improve campaign execution, and create scalable growth processes.

    • Collaborate with Executive Leadership: Work directly with the CEO and cross-functional stakeholders to establish growth priorities, communicate performance results, recommend investments, and align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.

    • Requirements:

      • Proven Growth Marketing Experience: Demonstrated success in scaling customer acquisition programs and driving measurable revenue growth, with clear examples of business impact and results.

      • Strong Quantitative and Analytical Skills: Excellent understanding of conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, payback periods, customer lifetime value, and revenue metrics. Ability to work directly with performance data and translate insights into strategic decisions.

      • Full-Funnel Marketing Expertise: Experience managing and optimizing the entire customer acquisition journey, from awareness and lead generation to conversion, onboarding, and retention.

      • Channel Development and Experimentation: Proven ability to launch new acquisition channels, build marketing programs from the ground up, and scale successful initiatives rather than relying exclusively on established marketing channels.

      • Hands-On Execution Capabilities: Comfortable combining strategic leadership with direct execution, taking ownership of campaigns, analyzing performance, testing new initiatives, and solving operational challenges independently.

      • Technical and Digital Mindset: Familiarity with marketing technology, analytics platforms, data tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and engineers.

      • Executive Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate directly with founders and senior leadership through clear reporting, reliable performance data, actionable recommendations, and transparent updates.

      • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with Content, Product, Revenue Operations, Engineering, and Recruiting teams.

      • Entrepreneurial and Builder Mindset: Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in founder-led, fast-paced environments where growth leaders are expected to take ownership and execute rather than simply manage teams or external agencies.

      • Relevant Industry Experience: Previous experience in fintech, wealth management, financial services, or related industries is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

      • Benefits:

        • Competitive compensation: Annual compensation ranging from $150,000 to $225,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and level of seniority.

        • Equity opportunities: Eligibility for equity compensation, providing an opportunity to participate in the company's long-term growth.

        • Fully remote work: Flexibility to work remotely within the United States.

        • Strategic leadership opportunity: Direct reporting line to the CEO, with significant influence over business growth strategy and investment decisions.

        • End-to-end ownership: Opportunity to build and lead the company's growth engine, with direct accountability for acquisition, conversion, and revenue performance.

        • Cross-functional collaboration: Work alongside experienced professionals across Content, Product, Technology, and Revenue Operations.

        • High-impact environment: Join a rapidly growing, technology-driven financial services organization focused on innovation, client relationships, and operational excellence.
