GTM Process & Automation Manager.

FULL TIMEREMOTEENGINEERING$101.6K–169.4K/YR

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Process & Automation Manager based in the United States.

In this role, you will play a key part in transforming and optimizing the North American go-to-market (GTM) and sales operations through smarter processes, automation, and AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and GTM Systems teams to identify inefficiencies and improve the entire sales journey. From designing workflows to implementing intelligent automations, you will help sales teams reduce administrative work and focus more on revenue-generating activities. You will have hands-on ownership of solutions built with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Claude, and n8n. As an individual contributor, you will combine strategic thinking, technical execution, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable business results. This is an exciting opportunity to shape scalable sales processes within a fast-paced, performance-driven, and innovation-focused environment.

Accountabilities:

    • Analyze existing sales workflows by working directly with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Account Executives (AEs), managers, and sales leaders to identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and opportunities for automation.

    • Map end-to-end sales journeys, evaluate system usage, identify repetitive manual activities, and determine where integrations, automation, or tool consolidation can improve productivity.

    • Define and prioritize improvement initiatives using measurable baselines, expected business impact, time savings, and the number of employees affected.

    • Develop recommendations supported by field feedback, system data, and sales call insights, presenting clear solutions and trade-offs to senior leadership.

    • Design, build, and implement workflow automations, AI agents, and internal tools using n8n, Claude, Clay, Salesforce, Gong, and related technologies.

    • Optimize sales processes across SMB and Mid-Market segments, ensuring consistent execution throughout the funnel, from prospecting and lead generation to opportunity management and closed-won deals.

    • Collaborate with GTM Systems, Sales leadership, and other stakeholders to align priorities, coordinate implementation, and support technology integration and consolidation.

    • Drive adoption of new processes and tools through workflow automation, system guardrails, documentation, training, and collaboration with the Sales Enablement team.

    • Establish and monitor adoption, process consistency, and business performance metrics, providing regular reporting and recommendations to leadership.

    • Hold stakeholders accountable for implementation progress, identify adoption gaps, and continuously improve or retire solutions based on performance and user feedback.

    • Establish a continuous feedback loop with sales teams to ensure that implemented solutions remain effective, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.

    • Requirements:

      • At least 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement Operations, or GTM Engineering, preferably supporting B2B sales organizations.

      • Proven experience redesigning business or sales processes based on employee feedback and driving sustained adoption with measurable results.

      • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales workflows and experience optimizing processes across multiple platforms through automation, integration, or system consolidation.

      • Demonstrated ability to identify repetitive manual tasks, assess their operational cost, and develop automation solutions that improve productivity.

      • Hands-on experience building and deploying workflow automations, AI agents, or internal tools, with a strong focus on practical adoption and measurable impact.

      • Proficiency with Salesforce and Gong; experience with Clay, n8n, or comparable workflow automation platforms is highly desirable.

      • Practical experience using large language models (LLMs), particularly Claude or similar AI technologies, to build intelligent workflows and improve operational efficiency.

      • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate field insights, system data, and performance metrics into actionable recommendations.

      • Experience tracking process adoption and consistency, presenting performance insights to senior leaders, and constructively driving accountability across teams.

      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate working sessions with sales representatives and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

      • Strong ownership mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a continuous improvement approach, with the ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

      • Benefits:

        • Competitive annual base salary: $101,629–$169,381, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.

        • Eligibility to participate in a discretionary performance-based bonus plan.

        • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.

        • Basic life insurance.

        • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.

        • Paid maternity and parental leave.

        • Flexible paid time off program and paid holidays.

        • Paid sick leave.

        • Quarterly wellness days (one day per quarter).

        • Access to AI-powered productivity tools and technologies from the first day of employment.

        • Opportunities for continuous learning, professional development, and career growth.

        • Collaborative, high-performance work environment that encourages ownership, innovation, and accountability.

        • Remote work opportunities for eligible candidates residing in approved U.S. states.
