You'll thrive in an entrepreneurial environment that values autonomy, experimentation, continuous improvement, and measurable results.
Accountabilities:
- Own account scoring, research, and segmentation strategies across a target market of thousands of vertical software companies.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve AI-powered research agents to assess account fit, identify buying committee members, and estimate potential account value.
- Collect, integrate, and analyze first-party and third-party data signals to develop account prioritization models that help Sales and Marketing focus on the most valuable opportunities.
- Monitor target account coverage, identify engagement gaps, and highlight high-potential accounts that have not yet been reached.
- Manage and optimize the CRM environment, ensuring HubSpot remains an accurate and reliable system of record through effective data management, deduplication, and account ownership processes.
- Own and maintain the go-to-market technology stack, including HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo, ensuring tools and integrations operate efficiently.
- Develop and implement campaign tracking frameworks to measure marketing performance, assess campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build actionable dashboards and reporting systems that provide leadership with reliable insights into marketing performance, account engagement, and pipeline development.
- Document operational processes, workflows, and systems to support consistency, scalability, and continuous optimization.
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement improvements across marketing operations, data management, and go-to-market processes.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Go-to-Market Operations, GTM Engineering, or Revenue Operations within a B2B organization.
- Practical experience building, managing, and optimizing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, with transferable experience using Salesforce.
- Familiarity with data orchestration and enrichment platforms, ideally Clay, as well as email sequencing and sales engagement tools such as Apollo.
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI-powered workflows and automation, with an AI-first mindset and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing strategies, including funnel stages, account segmentation and tiering, buying committees, intent signals, and key performance metrics.
- Strong data analysis and management skills, with the ability to structure complex datasets, identify meaningful insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- A systems-oriented mindset and the ability to connect technology, data, and people into efficient, scalable operational processes.
- A proactive, independent, and results-driven approach, with the ability to identify problems, take ownership, and implement solutions without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to manage projects independently in a collaborative, low-meeting environment.
- Previous experience in vertical software, embedded payments, or fintech is an advantage but is not required.
- Willingness to travel approximately four times per year for company gatherings and industry events.
- Availability to work remotely within the United States, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.
