Job Responsibilities
- Shape the change: Analyse the impact, stakeholders and risks of key digital projects, and build tailored change plans for each of them.
- Diagnose and act: Use proven OD models (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR) and run interventions such as team workshops, role clarification and process support.
- Bring people along: Design multi-channel communication that explains the why, the benefits and the personal impact. Build and energise a network of change champions.
- Enable your colleagues: Support non-technical training so everyone feels confident with new systems and ways of working.
- Measure what matters: Track adoption and success with surveys, interviews and focus groups, and turn the findings into clear recommendations.
- Shape the culture: Help build an agile, collaborative and continuously learning organisation.
