Position Details In this role, you will be responsible for general affairs and governance operations overall. This includes running the Board of Directors and General Shareholders' Meetings required of the company, preparing to ensure compliance with Group rules (such as revising the Table of Authority), and communicating and rolling these out across the organization. The specific duties are listed below; your assignments will be determined based on your aptitude.
