Coordinates office administrative support with excellent customer service skills, promoting the human resources operating model. Leads human resources programs and initiatives at a local level, such as employee engagement and recognition events, and new hire orientation. Assists with research for policies, training, strategic planning, and other human resource issues. Oversees the employee badge administration process, ensuring compliance. Partners with related departments in workforce planning and organizational design meetings, conducting initial consultations and managing follow-up activities. Supports hiring managers with interview preparation and serves as a liaison for candidate and new hire experience components. Tracks compliance with performance management processes and manages separation of work processes, including exit interviews.
