  • Languages: You are fluent in both German (C1 minimum) and English.
  • IT Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and ideally, basic knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Detail-Oriented: You excel at structured thinking and bring consistent quality to repetitive tasks.
  • Team Player: You communicate effectively, adapt quickly, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
  • Motivation: You are eager to learn, take initiative, and approach challenges proactively.

This role is based in our Hamburg office with flexible working hours—up to 20 hours/week during semesters and full-time during breaks. A minimum 12-month contract and 40% office presence (ideally Wednesdays or Thursdays) are required. Start date: 01.02.2027. This setup lets you gain hands-on experience in renewable energy while balancing your studies.

  • Meaningful Contributions: Your work will directly influence our operations, helping us optimize workflows and improve performance in a rapidly growing sector.
  • Skill Development: Build expertise in technical workflows, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, setting you up for success in your career.
  • Supportive Environment: Join a welcoming and collaborative team that values your input and fosters a culture of mutual learning and growth.
