Key Areas of Responsibilities Provide support to HRBP Team on the initial candidates sourcing and resumes screening process Schedule and arrange interviews and coordinate other required logistics Coordinate and follow up on pre-employment background checks, including outstanding items and any findings requiring further review, to ensure timely clearance Prepare letters and documentation, including employment letters, reference letters, etc. Ensure proper filing management is in place for all resumes and documentation, while maintaining a systematic candidate database/tracker Assist in preparing and maintaining organization charts Work closely with HRBP team members on ad-hoc projects as assigned Provide general administration support to the HRBP team as required Requirements Degree qualified, preferably in Human Resources or Finance related Ideally with 2-3 years HR or Recruitment experience within financial institutions or recruitment agencies Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
