Ready to make your next big professional move? Join us on our journey to achieve our big dream of building the most loved restaurant brands in the world. Restaurant Brands International Inc. is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies with nearly $49 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 33,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries and territories. RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. These independently operated brands have been serving their respective guests, franchisees and communities for decades. Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities. RBI is committed to growing the TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES® and FIREHOUSE SUBS® brands by leveraging their respective core values, employee and franchisee relationships, and long track records of community support. Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc. The Manager, Operations Analytics owns the analytics agenda that drives restaurant performance, operational efficiency, and the guest experience. This leader sets the direction for how operational performance is measured, diagnosed, and improved, and is accountable for delivering end-to-end analytics projects from problem definition through executive recommendation, implementation, and measured business impact. The Manager prioritizes a portfolio of operational initiatives, sets the analytical standards for priority projects, and serves as a trusted analytical partner to senior leaders across Operations, Marketing, Digital, Finance, and Training, as well as franchisee partners. The role turns complex data into confident decisions, shapes operational strategy with credible evidence, and builds AI-enabled analytics capabilities. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL. What You’ll Cook Up: Own end-to-end analytics projects for priority operational initiatives, from scoping the problem and defining success metrics through recommendations and post-implementation results. Build analytics tools with AI, such as LLM-based workflows, AI-assisted coding for SQL and Python, and AI features in BI platforms, to automate recurring reporting and give stakeholders self-service answers. Drive AI and automation adoption in analytics work by evaluating new tools against real workflows, setting guardrails for AI-assisted analysis, and building team playbooks, prompts, and review standards. Lead analytical evaluations of test markets, pilots, and operational initiatives, including impact methodology and clear go or no-go recommendations for leadership. Drive root cause analysis across Guest Satisfaction, Speed of Service, Brand Audits, Training Completions, and other KPIs, apply AI-based sentiment analysis to guest feedback at scale, and turn findings into prioritized interventions with owners and timelines. Set the analytics strategy, roadmap, and operating model, balancing recurring reporting, ad hoc requests, and strategic projects against capacity and business impact, with clear intake, service levels, and prioritization. Lead executive communication and cross-functional alignment, developing leadership presentations and aligning Operations, Marketing, Digital, Finance, Training, and franchisee partners on shared metrics and initiatives. Set data quality and governance standards for operational reporting, partner with RBI data teams to define certified metrics, and oversee dashboards and analytical tools with clear documentation and reuse. Serve as the analytical lead on priority projects, setting methodology and quality standards and reviewing analysis for rigor, without direct people management responsibilities. What Ingredients You’ll Bring: 4+ years of experience in an analytical role with executive visibility and measurable business impact. Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Analytics, or a related technical field. Hands-on experience building real analytics tools with AI, such as LLM-based workflows, AI-assisted coding, or development in BI platforms and the ability to walk through 2 to 3 real examples of processes/tools you built. Ability to evaluate AI output critically, including accuracy checks and data guardrails. Experience influencing peers and senior stakeholders without direct reports, with strong communication skills for translating complex analysis into clear recommendations for executive audiences. Advanced SQL proficiency, with Snowflake-specific experience preferred. Working knowledge of BI and data visualization concepts is expected. Experience with Tableau or Power BI, Alteryx, or similar platforms is a plus but not required. Experience with UI and UX design for analytics tools, dashboards, or internal apps, including usability testing with the people who use the product. Exposure to building web applications in React is a plus. Experience designing and interpreting pilots, experiments, and impact evaluations, including net of control comparisons, statistical significance, and pre and post analysis that accounts for confounding factors. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to set priorities across concurrent initiatives, manage trade-offs, and communicate status and risk clearly to leadership. Demonstrated self-directed learning mindset, with a track record of adopting new tools or techniques and rolling them out to colleagues. Candidates should be able to describe something they taught themselves recently and how it changed colleagues' work. #BurgerKing Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
