Implements steps required to improve the process • Drives a development culture that supports innovation and creativity while delivering high quality products with predictability and reliability by regularly monitoring team's quality metrics (e.g. defect rates), innovation metrics (e.g. prototypes developed) and predictability metrics (e.g. on-time delivery rates), and using this as input for feedback sessions, target setting and team planning • Develops the identification of quality risks based on high level solution architecture and is accountable for product governance.
