This role sits at the centre of that engine. You’ll work directly with our growth lead, running campaigns across Meta and Google at a scale most people at your experience level don’t get access to. What you'll do
- Execute and manage campaigns on Meta and Google Ads across the full funnel
- Own tracking infrastructure — pixel health, custom events, attribution, UTM hygiene
- Set up A/B tests cleanly so the data actually means something
- Manage creative rotation, audience builds, budget pacing
- Be the person who catches issues before anyone else notices
What we're looking for
- 2–3 years of hands-on ad ops at a B2C startup or high-growth D2C brand
- You know Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads at an execution level, not just reporting
- You care about clean data as much as good results
- Sharp, detail-oriented, low-ego
