Work alongside fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance. Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines. Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades. Minimum Qualifications Minimum age of 21 years Valid state-issued driver's license Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle. No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle. No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle. No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle. Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification pre- hire. As required by section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, ability to read and speak in the English language. 2 years’ experience in the landscaping/gardening industry Preferred Qualifications... Able to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency and be able to maintain a minimum of a 90 day Medical Examiner’s Certification (MEC) card, Associate’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management, or related area., Experience in third-party management., Experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)., Proficient in speaking and understanding Spanish., State/local licensing where required (for example, Florida, Texas, California, etc).
