As a Customer Support Executive based in Ripon you’ll be responsible for: Managing customer enquiries from supermarket clients, processing orders, and providing effective solutions to queries and challenges. Liaising with suppliers to secure accurate delivery timescales, resolve supply issues, and keep customers informed throughout the order process. Preparing customer quotations, monitor order progress, track deliveries, and obtain Proofs of Delivery (PODs). Maintaining strong product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions, resolve customer complaints, and manage customer expectations through effective communication with external suppliers. This is a part time, permanent role working 25 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:30AM - 14:30PM. Office based role with hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
