Your Job
As a Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. You will develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the power of Cartrack's innovative solutions to potential clients. With a focus on exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships, you will leverage your strong communication and interpersonal skills to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack's products and solution.
Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.
Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure/deal.
Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms.
Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission.
Use CRM to full potential to report, measure and control sales inputs and outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you must have the following:
2-3 years of sales experience, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Currently residing in General Santos City
Amenable to a hybrid setup
Excellent Communication skills
Qualifications:
Knowledge in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up
Willingness to travel within Gensan and other nearby areas.
With a valid driver's license.
