As a Process Engineer, a typical day might include the following: Providing engineering support in multiple areas of manufacturing. Specifying, developing, justifying, documenting, implementing, and sustaining assembly processes, equipment, and materials. Improving quality, efficiency, and capacity of processes. Evaluating new equipment and processes for qualification. Investigating and recommending solutions to manufacturing challenges. Developing and/or conducting experiments to identify root cause of problems and evaluate process capabilities. Applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
