This internship will focus on hardware engineering supporting our Protection Systems Forensics team in Pullman, WA. In this internship you will contribute to projects that make electric power safer, more reliable, and more economical. Candidates who can work part-time during this academic year and full-time during the summer are encouraged to apply. A typical day as an Engineering Intern might include: Collaborating with engineering teams to solve real-world technical problems. Assisting in the design, development, and debugging of analog/digital circuits. Participating in project work enhancing the efficiency and capabilities of engineering processes. Learning through mentorship and practical application. Documenting findings, contributing to team discussions, and presenting project outcomes. Applies circuit theory effectively in real-world applications. Is interested in troubleshooting complex hardware failures.
