Responsabilidades: 1. Desarrollar, implementar y supervisar la estrategia EHS para el corporativo y cervecerías, alineada a los objetivos corporativos. 2. Asegurar la integración de los valores EHS en todos los procesos y niveles de la organización. 3. Realizar visitas periódicas a las plantas para auditorías, capacitaciones y soporte técnico. 4. Garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación ambiental, de seguridad y salud ocupacional (NOMs, STPS, SEMARNAT, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). 5. Coordinar y liderar auditorías internas y externas, gestionando la implementación de acciones correctivas. 6. Liderar la investigación y análisis 7. Mantener actualizados los planes de respuesta a emergencias y coordinar simulacros en todas las ubicaciones. 8. Liderar la respuesta ante situaciones de crisis relacionadas con EHS. 9. Crear y diseñar protocolos de emergencia e implementar procedimientos de emergencia en las oficinas de Ciudad de México, asegurando que la Brigada de Emergencia cumpla con los requisitos legales. Garantizar que la brigada de emergencia reciba la capacitación requerida en materias específicas de emergencia (incendios, sismos, primeros auxilios, etc.) para responder adecuadamente a situaciones de emergencia en las oficinas. 10. Crear la estrategia y los estándares de Seguridad, Salud y Bienestar para las Operaciones Cerveceras, basados en los requisitos legales, referencias comparativas (benchmarks) y estudios de mercado.
